"I have seen an increase in the development and depth of the scripts, and the level of communication between the clients and the trainers. I have also seen an increase in the development of new ideas and adaptations to clients requests, and your own ideas moved forward. Changes to staff (losing shawn) created a lot of buzz and discussion, and in the end I think it was handled well and people saw a flawless transition. Over the past few months I also had the opportunity to learn that you Charlie are a man of your word and I wont forget that. I enjoy clear, concise and accurate information exchange without drama, or exaggerated effort to figure out what is intended, and I have seen over the past months the level of drive and commitment to the services you provide have increased and have become very solid feeling.
The thing that continues to impress me and also is one of the main reasons that I stay connected is that it takes a very diligent effort to be there 100%, 100% of the time. What I mean is that it is hard to be on task and positive all the time for everyone. Every client is important and I think from my perspective you are getting that across. I am in the service industry and I know how important it is to show a consistent and high performing attitude all the time regardless of what is really going on. I feel I get that with you all and that is one of the most important reasons I recommend you guys so much. It is also the quality of the information that comes from you and the adaptable and ever changing variations that keep things interesting. I see that you are adapting to the conditions, seeing ahead and creating new programs like the tt race events, that will continue to keep people interested. I think the race events are fantastic and are one of the best ideas I have seen put forth, as are the consults for race programming and season goal setting and the fueling consults. The rollers and other communication opportunities are invaluable for staying in touch, and the fit with Paul, and the information he provides along with you Charlie is top notch.
The newsletter is great and highlighting the new members is a great idea. Really, along with getting a great message out.
The quality of the equipment is always consistent and the cleanliness and reliability of everything is something that you should be proud of. It is obvious that there is a clear role for everyone and after every class etc someone is changing the towels, setting things up, cleaning the area and getting ready for the next one.
How you helped to deal with people like Mike and Mary and also then took the information and contributed positively toward helping them out was a statement for the care and integration to the cycling community that you obviously have. I enjoy knowing that everyone there is a fantastic athlete in their own right, and it inspires others to be better. I enjoy the diversity of the class’s, the ability to drop in to various times, and the flexibility of the services offered. I enjoy being able to get solid, unbiased and clear metrix on my fitness and knowledgeable ways to positively affect my performance. I look forward to a solid new year of performance training with you all. Keep up the great work and keep doing what you are doing. It is working."

"Having recommended Endurance Cycling to many of my Triathlete friends as a complement to training. Not only does Endurance allow me to train at a high level during the busy work week preparing for competition, they also help me dial in a range of watts that I use (with my Powertap watt meter) during race day.

"With only a little over a year invested on a road bike, I'm incredibly pleased with how well Endurance PTC has prepared me for riding. The following has happened to me several times in the last year...This past weekend I was out in front of a small group of riders for 10 miles or so in the Hollister Hills. When we stopped, the guy behind me said "Please tell me that wasn't as easy for you as it looked!". Sure, I'm the one turning the pedals, but I've got to give a lot of credit to Endurance and Charlie Livermore for making me a rider who makes it look smooth and effortless."

"SInce joining eCycling my lower back doesn't bother me. It always bothered me in some way before joining. I really enjoy everyone at Endurance. The teachers are excellent along with the staff! I wish I was exposed to Endurance years ago. I seriously like leaving the class exhausted. It feels great!!"

"Paul,
Thanks for the focussed attention on my recent bike fit. As those that know me, I like the goods - carbon rims, fancy bars and the like. I would return most of this stuff in exchange for the fit you provided.
My legs have decided that this adjustment will take some getting used to, primarily due to the power stroke.
Please limit your clients to non racers, I don't want the competition to find out."

"On July 12 and 13, I successfully completed the 202 mile Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic! I finished the ride with my Team in Training cycle team which includes Eileen Rafferty, a fellow Endurance athlete! Thanks to Endurance, I maintained my best time/mph ever! On day two, I averaged 15.2 miles per hour!!!
In addition, our team raised over $100,000 to cure Leukemia and other blood cancers! I can't wait to get back into class and tackle the next challenge! Thanks, Danielle, Matt and all of the Endurance PTC staff. "

"A BIG thank you to Monique (coaching), Matt Dixon (Fueling & Nutrition), and Jay (Tri bike fit). You've all made a great difference for me at Honu 70.3. What a blast I had riding my bike on that very windy day - I was flying! eCycling & the science, great coaching, awesome bike fit, and hitting all my training days with proper fueling and nutrition, made that day so great. I got 5th on the bike split overall woman "including Pros". If you told me I would do that, I wouldn't have believed it. 75% of my riding is done in eCycling (quality vs. quantity)."

"I'm back from a very successful AIDS/LifeCycle! I just wanted to thank everyone at ePTC. I rode strong all 545 miles, especially on those wimpy hills, and I credit that to my excellent training at ePTC :)"

"Charlie, my experience at last Saturday's Davis Double is another testimony for Endurance PTC. Although our average MPH was slightly less than our all time best, I feel this was my most successful Double Century yet. My available time to train this year has been at an all time low with virtually no long distance rides. Consequently I had to rely on my indoor class time for all my preparation. Your emphasis on technique is a cyclists 'secret weapon.' The improvements you've coached into my pedal stroke resulted in less pressure on my foot and my first double ever without severe 'hot foot.' Although the heat reached over 111 degrees my legs felt like I could have continued indefinitely . I consider gaining strength to be only part of the equation - the lessons in pedaling technique you constantly offer during every class are the most valuable of all because they give us the gift of 'effortless cycling'. Thank you."

" I thought you would like to know that one of your committed eCycling clients (me!) has captained a team to a podium finish at the 24 Hours of Adrenalin at Laguna Seca for the third year in a row. Winning the 5 man open category for the second time in the course of three years by two laps up on the the closest category competitors and also finishing well ahead of the Corporate 6-10 man teams. This is an endurance game at its best with each rider completing approximately six 10.5 mile mountain bike time trails over the course of 24 hours. I bring this up because I found myself reverting back constantly to the cycling knowledge gained through my experience in the eCycling program.....pedal stoke efficiency, leveraging the proper power zones at the proper times and the ability to push hard and recover quickly at power for before the next hard push. Thank you again for providing such a practical training program."
