Charles is a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist based in Marin County with over 25 years of experience. Each session starts with a simple but powerful question: “How do you feel today?”—guiding a personalized workout focused on your goals. Charles blends strength training, cardio, and flexibility for a balanced, results-driven approach.
He holds certifications in Advanced Personal Training (ACSM), Exercise for Older Adults, Spinning, and TRX instruction.

Outside the gym, Kelli stays active with sea kayaking, boxing, skiing, and outdoor adventures alongside her dog, Boomer.

Mark Zeeman
Mark Zeeman is one of Marin’s top personal trainers, known for helping clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve lasting results. A former competitive athlete and combat veteran in the South African Defense Forces, Mark served as the primary fitness trainer for his battalion.
Since moving to the U.S. in 1999 and earning his ISSA certification, he’s built a loyal client base—from professional athletes to those just beginning their fitness journey.
