eCYCLING WITH ENDURANCE PTC
Cycling is in our DNA and so is having fun!
The fun and fitness that made us fall in love with the sport also inspires the eCycling program: to teach, share our experience, and get in some quality training. Our indoor, 90 minute classes allow us to tailor your sessions, keep you entertained, and do the important work that’s not always easy to do when out on the road or trails.

eCYCLING FOR CLASSPASS MEMBERS
eCycling classes necessitate a bit of planning!
You must bring your own bike. We use Wahoo, Kickr Snap trainers.
Although our classes are not always intense, riding steady for 90 minutes indoors can take a toll on your sweat output and carbohydrate expenditure.
For these reasons, we recommend to always have at least 1 bottle of water, and/or electrolyte, and something to nibble on half way through the class (pending when you last ate, exercised, and the intensity of the class). Also, being a 90-minute session, wear comfortable, breathable kit.
Since you have your own bike, it makes sense that you have your shoes too!
We do carry fueling supplies in our retail area if you are in need of any items, and of course cold water is also available.
YOUR BIKE. YOUR POWER. YOUR RESULTS.
We take a science-based approach for a program that’s been unique to the Bay Area since 2004. eCycling is comprised of:
Exercise Physiology – Assessment of current fitness to determine training intensities.
Biomechanics – Optimize position for best coordination of multiple joints and muscles used to pedal.
Coaches – Carefully trained to teach pedaling dynamics and deliver progressive daily training workouts.
Precision – Personalized power-based intensity zones applied in a controlled supervised environment.
EXPECTING SPIN CLASS?
eCycling is small group cycling coaching. Regardless of your age or skill level, our high-energy sessions are instructional, fun and motivating. Using your own bike mounted on a Kickr SNAP trainer, you’ll master the complex act of pedaling with the help of our staff. Getting fit is just part of the program. It’s professional caliber training for every level of rider.
THE PROOF IS IN THE RESULTS
Together with our coaching staff, fit studio and lab, Endurance gives you the tools you need to make constant and lasting progress. We tailor workouts to your needs and prescribe fitness plans that work.

eCycling classes are 90-minutes that include an appropriate warm-up, skills segments, and then targeted training work according to an annual training plan, with a cool down period. Intensities can vary based on an individual’s needs per lab visits. Even though they are scripted for 90-minutes, you can ride as long as you like!
-
eCycling follows an annual training schedule where the intensity of classes changes according to the training phase. Each training phase can last anywhere from 3 weeks to 12 weeks, where the “easier” classes are typically from November to February, and slowly increase in intensity from there through the rest of the year. We also take recovery, or “restorative” weeks to allow for training adaptations. Training phases are explained during each class and communicated via our newsletter as well. Having said all of that, typically after your first lab visit (or follow-ups), your focus for classes will be explained based on your metabolic testing results. Oftentimes an individual will be on a custom plan that fits in with the classes in a unique way.

We use Wahoo, Kickr Snap trainers. For information on this device and compatibility please visit the product website to read more. In short, a traditional skewer head is required, so if you have a disc brake set-up, you will need a specific thru axle adapter. A great resource for these adapters is here.
