We measure VO2 max, lactate threshold, body composition, fat and carbohydrate utilization, sweat sodium testing and more to inform your training zones, pacing targets, and fueling strategy. Your personal coach will work with you to build a plan that delivers results and will support you every step of the way. And as your fitness improves, we retest and adjust.
